Shipping terms

As soon as your order is fully ready to be picked up, we will inform you per e-mail / telephone. You can then pick it up easily at our warehouse with your loading advice.

 

Please inform us 24h in advance before picking up your order at our warehouse. Thank you.

 

Loading schedule:

Mo - Fr from 08:00 until 11:45 and from 13:30 until 17:00 (until 16:00 on fridays)

On saturdays only by arrangement.

You have the possibility to let your order be delivered to your address (Switzerland + Liechtenstein). The transport costs include packaging fees and will always be mentioned clearly on our billing. You'll know the total Transport costs before even validating your order.

 

The Transport costs are calculated individually for each order. The total weight of it will determine the fees.

 

Orders weighting more than 30 Kg will be delivered by our shipping agent Camion Transport AG.  Those deliveries will be notified to you by telephone before the arrival, if you wish (please inform us, if it is so). Orders going to destinations which cannot be reached by our Transport-agent will be delivered to the nearest possible place (for example a mountain railway station, etc.).

 

 

For orders from EU countries, transport fees depend on the total weight and on the destination country. Please order without the shipping option (thus choosing pick-up option), and we will compare various shipping-agents prices and find the most favorable solution for you, keep you informed and send you a bill for prepayment.
