Payment Methods

TWINT: Pay easily via TWINT on the encrypted payment page.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard): Secure card payment via our payment provider. Charged when you complete the order.

PostFinance E-Finance: Log in with E-Finance; your PostFinance account is debited directly and free of charge.

PayPal: Pay via your PayPal account; guest checkout without an account is possible.

Advance payment (prepayment): You’ll receive our payment details after ordering. Shipping/collection after payment is received.

Invoice (for business customers after review): For companies with a positive payment history and/or after a credit check. Payment term as stated on the invoice; we reserve the right to decline or propose alternatives.

Shipping & Collection

Delivery area: Switzerland-wide delivery from our warehouse in 6243 Egolzwil.

Collection: Collection by appointment in Egolzwil. Forklift loading on request; please provide license plate and pickup time.

Transport organisation: We arrange transport (parcel, groupage/truck). Alternatively, you may commission your own carrier to collect from us.

Carriers: Parcels up to approx. 25 kg: Swiss Post.

25 kg+ / pallets / oversize: Camion Transport AG (groupage) or a suitable third-party carrier for direct shipments.

Delivery conditions: Delivery is usually to curbside/loading dock at a truck-accessible address. Carry-in/inside delivery on request and may incur a surcharge.

Lead times:

Stock items (Egolzwil): approx. 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends/public holidays).

Factory-supplied items: lead time on request (depends on availability/production/transport).

Shipping costs: Calculated individually—depending on weight, dimensions/volume, number of load carriers, delivery location, and receiving conditions (e.g., delivery notice, tail lift, access). Costs are shown in the offer/checkout or confirmed by us.

Transport damage: Please note visible damage on the delivery note upon receipt and inform us immediately with photos. Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Notes: Transfer of risk and insurance according to the chosen shipping method/Incoterms; additional insurance on request. Depending on the product/scope, load carriers (pallets, frames) may be required; stated and possibly charged or exchanged.
